Family Constellation

Family constellations are a therapeutic approach that allows for a deeper understanding of unconscious dynamics within a family. They reveal behavioral patterns, often inherited, that can influence current blockages or difficulties. This method also sheds light on transgenerational legacies, such as traumas, grief, or patterns of behavior, which we sometimes carry unconsciously. Through this work, tensions can be released and greater personal and family harmony fostered.
