Terms and conditions for psychotherapy treatment
Insurance

1. Reimbursement up to 90% only after exceeding your deductible.
2. Only with a prescription from your FMH-certified general practitioner (15 sessions) or FMH-certified specialist (10 sessions). If more than 15 sessions are required, in agreement with the psychologist, a second prescription must be obtained from your general practitioner or a psychiatrist. Beyond 30 sessions, a report must be prepared in collaboration with your psychologist, your prescribing physician, and a psychiatrist to establish a diagnosis and obtain approval from your insurance company's medical advisor. Once your insurance company has approved the procedure, it will validate the continuation of psychotherapy.

4. Your invoice is sent directly to your insurance company with the voucher and your insurance number.
5. The session fee is calculated based on time and services according to the TARMED point.

1. Only some psychologists in our area are recognized by supplementary health insurance providers; please check their descriptions carefully.
2. Each supplementary insurance has its own terms and conditions; please take responsibility and inquire with your insurer about the reimbursement conditions.
3. We need to receive your insurance card even if the invoice cannot be sent to the insurance company and will be sent directly to your home address.

Policy
cancellation
Any appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance (business days) will be charged to the patient and is not reimbursable by the national health insurance or any other insurance. Missed appointments are the patient's responsibility and therefore remain at their expense.
